The City of Joy
This week students from the 3eme International Section gave presentations on two very different topics: Satheen Harel presented ‘The City of Joy’, a community of women in the Congo who support and campaign for better treatment and help for female victims of violence; and Julie Vives gave us a brief history of music and explained to us the benefit of listening to music for people with physical and mental health issues, as well as for all of us struggling with lockdown. Afterwards, the students had an interesting discussion about these two diverse topics.
